On October 20 around 10:00 a.m. the person at the reception was truly rude, not only with me but also with an older lady previously, speaking loudly and treating people with disdain. Things like these tarnish the image of this health center, which in itself from the reviews I read is not very good.
I have seen health centers in third world countries with better care than this one. Two receptionists talking and listening to the radio as if they were in the Alamillo park and without paying attention to the people who entered. Half an hour waiting to be served without ANYONE there. And yes, I have also sent it to you by email, because you always respond with an automatic response. The only good thing is to have realized and know that we don't come here anymore. By the way, I see that the comments always coincide at the reception and everything remains the same, which makes me think that they are connected.
The girls at the counter not only have no empathy, but they also have no education. You ask them something and they answer in a bad way, not only to me but to everyone who asks them. I believe that in a medical/health center, they should have other types of personnel. Also when you ask them they get upset, basically because they are talking to each other about their “things”, how about the beach, show me photos... this is their work environment and they should take it more seriously, the people who come here don't do it for pleasure , if not in most cases due to an illness, so we should not be treated badly for making them do their job. Do not come to this center, the forms lose you...
They sell you that with the teledermatology service you have the results in 48 business hours but 120 hours have already passed and I still don't have it. I write to complain and they tell me that they have had an error in the system and that the doctor cannot see the images, but no one has contacted me to apologize for not complying with something I have paid for or to inform me of this. I understand that system errors related to results in the health area are at least delicate enough to go without fixing for more than 1 week.
The admission desk is very slow, put more people there or speed up your computer systems. The girl, the poor thing, couldn't cope.
Furthermore, they give you the receipt with the time they serve you and not the time you arrive, so there are problems at work for this reason.
